New Trailer - The Hunter

This atmospheric teaser trailer for The Hunter only shows a small glimpse of what could be an excellent drama.Willem Dafoe and Sam Neill are two veteran actors that rarely fail to deliver and the hunt for an extinct species is bound to be an intriguing watch. It hits Australia in October but unfortunately it could be quite some time before The Hunter reaches our shores.

Films that deserve your attention - Ex Drummer

Movies like Ex Drummer are few and far between, and often receive little or no recognition for pushing the boundaries of film and trying something new. Be warned though, this is not for the faint hearted; drugs, racism, homophobia and violence are common themes throughout, but it all adds up to an incredibly intense experience that should not be missed. The story follows a group of handicapped musicians whose band begins to implode when a new drummer causes conflict with his manipulative ways. If the trailer leaves you wanting more, then buy the DVD, I can safely guarantee that fans of Trainspotting, Chopper and Reservoir Dogs will be glad to add it to their collection.
